A very well laid out home. We had plenty of space for each child to have their own room and my English Mastiff enjoyed the A/C while the rest of us enjoyed the beach!

The house was clean, and beds were comfortable, linens provided, and plenty of towels. The kids loved the large couch and TV on the parking level. My husband and I spent a lot of time on rainy days reading on the covered deck. The kitchen was missing a few things we would have expected to find; more importantly, some of the information we received from the property manager regarding available appliances (crockpot, coffee makers, etc) before our stay wasn’t accurate. I packed items we did not need and purchased items we shouldn’t have to (oven mitts etc).I had also communicated ahead of time that I wanted to preregister my car, that my husband would be registering a rental car upon arrival. When we arrived, the second car had not been listed, we had to wait for that to be sorted out. After a long day of driving, it was frustrating to have to deal with that when we were ready to get settled in. There was also some communication delay re making the final payment. The property management company was always polite and enthusiastic. Since the trip, they recognized the issues and promised to update the listing and work to better communications in the future. Overall, these were minor issues compared to the things we loved about the house. The location was great for getting to the beach, the house was comfortable and spacious, and it worked well for our family. We would enjoy staying here again!

Every thing was as advertised and our group had a great time. Check-in was a breeze as was the golf cart rental. Between the beach, water park, and other miscellaneous activities, we were all ready to get much needed rest each night for an early start the next morning. Looking forward to next time!

This home was just amazing. There was nothing here that was bad. All linens and towels provided, dishes, etc all you hash to do was show up and buy groceries. There is so much there to do at the campground you never even have to leave. The house is only a block away from ocean, and it is pet friendly. The house was very clean and very very spacious. Also having that 6 seat golf cart was a plus as well. The owners were available to answer any questions we had at any time it was an much needed trip and this place made it so special. We will definitely be coming back to this home thanks again it was fabulous.

Great location, very close to the beach. Communication with the host was the best I’ve ever had. Place was nicely decorated, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this rental.
