North Carolina
North Carolina is the heart of the portfolio. Blue Ridge mountain towns, waterfall country, and cabins tucked into the hills around Asheville, Sylva, Boone, and Waynesville. The Blue Ridge Parkway threads through most of it, and its overlooks are often minutes from the front door.
October brings peak fall color. Summers stay mild enough for hiking and waterfalls, and winter turns the same cabins into firewood and quiet territory.

Washington DC
