Great location. Great vacation. Great spot to get away especially on a week where the campground isn’t so busy (after school starts back for parents with young children). The house did everything we needed it to. My only feedback is to ensure there are plenty of towels and sheets available for guests.

The house was great, very clean and everything we needed was available. The surrounding circumstances were not perfectly ideal but tolerable. The location was pretty snug with other houses and trailers, more then most places I've stayed in Ocean Lakes. Construction was taking place right next door which started early! The palmetto bugs were definitely out and about, we were unable to leave any food out but the host had pest control scheduled already and it was a very hot weekend.Appliances were nice and new and all the beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC was nice and cold and the washer and dryers were nice and efficient making things easier.

This week away with my family was marred by an awful check in process, a filthy home and a non-responsive property manager. I will never stay at another property managed by this group.

This property is very small and rooms are tight. The home was filthy when we arrived, floor was so dirty and black, and no cleaning supplies are able to be accessed. They did not leave enough sheets for beds, towels for everyone to have at least one, and missing pillow cases. Then the downstairs plug-ins did not work, so that left us without a charger for the golf cart. We were unable to ride the golf cart for a day and a half. With 9 people (4 of which where kids) that was no good. Overall we had a rough vacation. The property manager was no help with our problems. It was a shame because we had looked forward to this trip for so long. It was the first time we had all the family together.

Everything about our stay was great! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 10/10 stars! Will definitely stay here again!
