The property was nice, the space was lovely, the outside space was great as well. Unfortunately, we dealt with some minor issues while they are, however, maintenance was able to tend to them fairly quickly.

Overall we had a great time! However, the house appeared to have never been cleaned. The bedsheets were still on from the previous tenants. They had dog and human hair all over them. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The couches were filthy with pet urine and fur. We attempted to vacuum, but cord was broken. I went out to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies because there were none in the home. I spent the first day washing bed sheets, comforters, mopped, and dusted. We contacted the host regarding this issue. He thanked us for our patience. No compensation provided. I still paid a cleaning fee in addition to cleaning their home and buying my own cleaning supplies. I hope no one else has to do the same.

Everything is exactly as advertised. The owners are very accommodating and respond very quick to any questions or concerns. The golf carts are a big plus and the ease of travel they provide are what makes the ocean lakes experience. I will stay here again.
