Overall great experience for our family. The host was very responsive and the home features about everything you need for your stay. It was much smaller than I anticipated but it was plenty of space for our family of 3. Porch area tends to stay messy with the large tree but having the shaded area is a plus

Our stay at Under the Oak was fantastic! The property was super clean and organized. The property supplied towels and linens as well as any beach supplies needed making our stay even easier. The property is tucked away in the back corner of Ocean Lakes which provided my family privacy but was also just a quick golf cart ride to the beach/pool. The property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly with anything needed. Under the Oak is a great place to stay and I will recommend it to everyone I know!

We had a wonderful stay. It was our first time at Ocean Lakes and it was perfect for our family. The house was exactly as described and very clean. They did very well with making the most out of every inch of the property. The owners were very quick to respond when needed. We will definitely be back!

This charming cottage is exactly as described in the online profile, nicely decorated and perfect for all families. Great outdoor space…. A bonus is the fact that linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Highly recommend, our family will visit again!

The host was beyond helpful and very responsive. Also, responded very promptly. The house was clean and they provided all the amenities. Good paper towels and toliet paper! I always notice the small things! I had purchased small hand soaps for the bathrooms and this house even had those available!! Our girls loved the bunk beds and the spinning chairs in the living room! Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

My daughters and I had a lovely time and enjoyed all the accommodations of this quaint cottage and neighborhood. Quiet walk to beach, accessible paths, thoughtful furnishings and decor, clean and pretty showers, laundry, all the extras in the kitchen, cute and cozy bunk beds... we would definitely book a vacation here again!

Perfect location and facility for our short family get away. Location was short distance from soccer fields where our grandson played tournament soccer this weekend.

The property was cozy and nicely appointed offering ample room for our family of four (2 adults, two children) for a quick Thanksgiving stay. Check-in was simple and the property owner was very responsive to quickly resolve a minor issue we had. Great communication and thoughtful details such as decorations for the holidays, a welcome basket with snacks, and a well-stocked kitchen (spices/pots/pans/ utensils) made for a very enjoyable stay. The property had been nicely remodeled and was in great condition. Would definitely recommend a stay at Under The Oak!

Nice small home that has been recently updated. Large enough for small family. It is located in the back corner of the campground so it is away from most of the golf carts and teenagers at night, but still easily accessible to all the amenities of ocean lakes. Golf cart was a bonus and made the travel across the campground much easier. Host are super responsive and handled our few last minute changes quickly. Great host.

Great location and property. Just enough for my family. Golf cart and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc was a plus too! We normally rent chairs but didn’t have to. Thank you for accommodating those items for us to be able to use.
