1. Place all household garbage in the cans provided only. All other items must be discarded by the tenant. No large items are to be placed by, in or around the trash can area. 2. Parents/guardians are responsible for children’s actions and their safety. Children must be properly supervised. Parents/guardians are responsible for any injuries that may occur. 3. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. 4. The use of alcohol should be confined to site and used responsibly. PET RULES 1. We reserve the right to refuse any pet. 2. All pets must have up to date vaccination records. 3. Pets must be kept on a short leash at all times. 4. Please clean up after your pet anywhere on Laurel Bush property. 5. Pets should not be left unattended at the site.
