This is a dog-friendly property (max 1 well-behaved dog, must be leashed outdoors) and a pet fee applies. Quiet hours are 10:30 PM–8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No commercial photography. Pool hours are 6:00 AM–11:00 PM. No diving or jumping in, no glass in the pool area, and children must be continuously supervised at all times. This is a furnished private residence with art, antiques, and furnishings collected over the years — please don't move furniture or decor between rooms or decks. The home is on a septic system — only toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. No wipes (even ones labeled "flushable"), feminine products, or paper towels. Never leave food, trash, or coolers outside unattended — bears are active in the area.
