Overall things were as described but I received a message prior to check in that we could not turn the stove on and even after asking no one reached back out about getting it fixed. The outside shower was really nasty and not in working condition. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had and check in and out was a smooth process. It’s a small place but was sufficient for my family for the couple days we stayed. Great quiet location in the park as well.

You could write something like:Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, we found several areas that had not been properly cleaned, which made us question the overall upkeep of the home. A clean and well-maintained rental is something guests should be able to expect, and this property did not meet that standard. While the location and amenities were fine, the lack of cleanliness negatively impacted our experience. I hope the host addresses these issues for future guests. However the owner did refund the cleaning fee.

The host was extremely helpful before we even got to the property. They answered all my questions, in a very timely manner. The house was very clean, plenty of space. They had games, and the kids enjoyed the pond behind the house.

We loved the location of the home. The management company was very helpful during our reservation to our departure. Always ready to give an answer. The only hiccups with our stay was we originally reserved the golf cart and about a month before our stay the owners had issues with past renters and decided not to rent their golf cart out. We did get refunded but because they offered a g/c was a big reason we decided to rent this home. Renting a g/c from OL is something we didn’t really intend to do. Also there were some issues with ants but with cleaning up and sweeping the problem seemed to go away towards the end of the week. The washer and dryer is located in the shed, which we were not aware of before our trip and that was not ideal. Don’t want this to make it out like we didn’t enjoy the home because we did. Don’t think any home is perfect. We would recommend staying here. Think it’s a nice place.
