Stunning downtown views & plenty to do! I live here locally in Lynchburg but rented this for my Aunt who was coming to visit from up North & spent it with her as our weekend getaway. It was the perfect little slice in the middle of downtown. Plenty of restaurants to choose from (alot within walking distance), friendly people set with a relaxing vibe in the evenings out on the balcony. The place was immaculate, stocked with essentials for the weekend and comfortable.The only issue I had at first was the lock not working correctly but the host was extremely quick to respond & handled it with ease! Host was perfect with follow-ups, answered questions/concerns in a timely manner. I truly appreciate them making it a great weekend & interested in checking out other properties they have for the future!

The property is in a great location. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot. We got locked out towards the end of the stay. We texted host and called VRBO. We were told the owner gave us a key. There was a lockbox that we didn't know about, but we didn't have the code. This took a while to sort out. There are a lot of cobwebs and spiders around patio door and on patio that need to be removed.

The property was easy to get to, parking was right out front (one space with additional street parking), check in was really simple, and the place was very clean! We had a great view and really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. It was walkable to several places, and overall our stay was fantastic!! My one complaint would be the train was a little noisy at night (but that comes with the territory of being near the train tracks downtown). Would definitely stay here again!!
Balcony to back side has beautiful view. Nice and clean and lovely. Great location to walk anywhere downtown Lynchburg. Excellent restaurants right there.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is perfection. The host always responded promptly with any questions we had and we wouldn’t think twice about returning to stay again!

The kitchen was fantastic with all modern appliances. When entering condo it was exactly as pictured and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The no contact check-in was easy and convenient. This luxury condo was so worth it with balcony views of the promenade and listening to music at the new amphitheater.

What a great spot. The apt was perfect and the balcony overlook the river. The locals were pumped for the new bandshell to open. This place would be excellent for a concert. If you like Mexican food I would suggest the place next door. Chill vibes with great food. I will be back.

What a lovely place! Clean, everything you need, the kitchen is well supplied and the knives are sharp! The view from the balcony is beautiful. The owners/hosts checked in just enough and were very helpful. The restaurant next door is yummy. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a modern very clean 2 bedroom condo with balcony and pull out couch in living room. Linens were top notch. Location! Perfect! Parking for 1 car was super easy to find. We had a minor problem with key pad but the host was super quick to respond and it was resolved! Would stay again!

This is a well appointed, clean condo with comfortable beds and a thoughtful host. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and the lovely balcony overlooks the new Riverwalk Park.

Beautiful property in downtown Lynchburg. Expansive patio window overlooking the James River was stunning. Beautiful artwork, rugs, details and comfy furniture made it feel like home. Super clean. Walking distance to restaurants, nature trails. Easy access to highway. Property group responded quickly to any questions/concerns.
